Raid uncovers 28 ailing, waste-covered puppies

 
  More than two dozen sick dogs purchased from Pennsylvania puppy mills were seized from a home in Gloucester County early yesterday during a raid of what authorities said was an illegal dog sales operation that netted $200,000 annually...

The New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was created in 1868. Its agents were established as Law Enforcement Officers in charge of investigating and prosecuting all persons involved in Animal abuse and neglect. Our mission today is the same.
