Ms. Tina Myrick, of Somerset NJ pleads guilty

In March 2007, Sergeant Murray Rothblatt (pictured below) of the NJSPCA was dispatched to investigate a complaint of 4 abandoned dogs. After a complete investigation, Ms.Tina Myrick, of Vanderbilt Avenue, Somerset NJ was issued summonses. On May 29th Ms. Myrick pled guilty in Franklin Township (Somerset County) Municipal Court and was fined $2,000.00 and $179.40 restitution to the NJSPCA. She was also ordered to pay a fee of $3,000.00 to the Franklin Township Animal Shelter for boarding.
