Jose Lima found guilty of depriving an animal of necessary sustenance and failure to provide a living animal with proper shelter

April 27th, 2007

In March 2007, Sergeant Murray Rothblatt (pictured below) of the NJSPCA was dispatched to investigate a complaint of depriving an animal of necessary sustenance and failure to provide a living animal with proper shelter. After a complete investigation, Mr. Jose Lima was issued summonses on both of the charges. On April 27th, 2007 Mr. Jose Lima plead guilty to the charges. Mr. Jose Lima was fined $2000 plus $239.60 court costs.
