Mr. Jeffrey Bankert of J & L Pets, Inc. plead guilty to Acts
Constituting Cruelty In General.

June 25, 2007

Acting on a tip Lt. Col. Sy Goldberg responded to the Pet Shop at 316 Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill who were raffling puppies. Mr. Jeffrey Bankert and the Corporation of J & L Pets, Inc. were issued a verbal warning and violation issued for 4:22-26 (p).

On 6-25-07 in the Cherry Hill Municipal court of NJ, . Mr. Jeffrey Bankert and the Corporation plead guilty and was fined $1000 and $125 restitution. Total $1,125 plus court costs for the person and corporation.
