Mr. Salvatore Mazzaferro pleads guilty to cruelty

On August 12, 2007 at 12:40 pm Mr. Salvatore Mazzaferro of Raritan NJ., locked his dog unattended in a vehicle under inhumane conditions. A witness called the NJSCPA and Sgt Murray Rothblatt was dispatched to the location where the witness informed him that the dog was in the car for 45 minutes. The outside temperature from a certified weather report was 84 degree F at 12:40 pm. The temperature inside the car was 100 degrees F. A summons was issued to Mr. Salvatore Mazzaferro. On August 28.2007 in Bridgewater Municipal Court Mr. Salvatore Mazzaferro pled guilty to cruelty and paid a $1,000.00 fine plus $260.60 Restitution to the NJSPCA. Total paid $1,260.60
