On December 1, 2007 the NJSPCA received a call from a complainant who asked if we could check the locked trailer in the rear of the house owned by George Miller in Blackwood NJ. After a through investigation, 8 summonses were issued to George Miller the 3rd for failing to provide necessary sustenance for a dog. On January 15, 2008 in Gloucester Twp court George Miller the 3rd plead guilty for failing to provide necessary sustenance and was fined $1000.00 plus $270.00 restitution to the NJSPCA.
