 Ms. Joan Donoghue plead guilty to cruelty
November 30th, 2007 and February 21st, 2008
On November 30, 2008 I was called to the home of Ms. Joan Donoghue where I could see the kitchen floor was filled with feces and urine as well as an empty water bowl. Two dogs came to the door barking, one was a Mastiff and the other was a St Bernard. You could also see that both dogs were neglected for months. After a thorough investigation Ms. Donoghue was issued 2 summonses for “Failure to provide sustenance”. On February 21, 2008 in Manville Court Ms. Donoghue plead guilty and was fined $1800.00 plus $250.00 restitution to the NJSPCA. Total $2,050.00.
