If so you should report this abuse immediately to the NJSPCA.
On November 9, 2007 Investigator Therese Copper of the NJSPCA was contacted by the Voorhees Animal Shelter. They informed us that on November 7, 2007 a cat was abandoned on their doorstep, with the veterinary records inside the box. After a thorough investigation, it was found that Mr. Glenn Lowery did abandon his cat at the animal shelter. Summonses were issued.
On January 28, 2008 in Voorhees Municipal Court Mr. Glenn Lowery plead guilty of abandonment and was fined $400.00 plus $131.20 restitution to the NJSPCA.
