Mr. Israel Cuevas pled guilty to cruelty

June 15th, 2008 and July 23rd, 2008

On June 15, 2008 Lt. J Biermann was called to the home of Mr. Israel Cuevas of North Brunswick Township, NJ. During the course of his investigation it was found that Mr. Israel Cuevas failed to provide proper food and water for 5 adult pits bulls and 12 pit puppies that were only 8 weeks old. On July 23, 2008 in North Brunswick Township Court, Mr. Cuevas enter a plea of guilty and was fined $2000.00 and was ordered to pay $200 in restitution to the NJSPCA.
