Mr. John Horn plead guilty of cruelty.

April 15, 2009

On March 6, 2009, Mr. Horn drove to the Burlington County Animal Shelter and tied his dog, a Doberman Pincher to the fence and drove away.  Initially only his vehicle was caught on video tape driving away from where the dog was left.  Mr. Horn then returned 5 days later claiming that the dog was taken by another individual and he thought he may have ended up at the shelter.  Shelter personnel then recognized the same vehicle as 5 days prior and reported the License plate number to the Officer from the NJSPCA.

On April 15, 2009, Mr. John Horn of Delanco plead guilty to Abandonment of a animal paying $500.00 in fines and $100.00 restitution to the NJSPCA.
