Mr. William Brown plead guilty to animal cruelty.

Mr. Brown was bringing his retriever into the Burlington County Animal Shelter for humane Euthanasia.  It was found that Mr. Brown transported his dog from Burlington to Westhampton NJ in the trunk of his vehicle.  This 11 year old retriever had urine burns and blistering from laying in his own excrements. 
On April 17, 2009, Mr. William Brown plead guilty to Depriving a Living Creature of Necessary Sustenance and Carrying a living creature in or upon a vehicle in an inhumane manner.   Mr. Brown was fined $300.00 for carrying a living creature  in an inhumane manner and $300.00 for depriving a living creature of necessary sustenance plus restitution to the NJSPCA  of $100.00.
