Ms. Carole Seney plead guilty to animal cruelty.

On March 2010, Animal Control of Sussex NJ removed one dead cat and two sick cats from the home of Mrs. Seney and the NJSPCA was called. On Monday August 9, 2010, Ms. Carole Seney of Franklin, NJ, plead guilty to 3 Civil counts of "failure to provide sustenance", and was fined $250.00 for each count. She also has to pay the NJSPCA restitution in the amount of $214.78. The court also issued Ms.Carole Seney a ban prohibiting her from owning any cats or dogs for a period of 10 years, with court ordered unannounced visits, enforcing this ban from the NJSPCA
